I saw this man outside the church this morning, he came for healing or so I suppose. Did he get what he came for, what he was seeking, was he delivered from evil, forgiven or perhaps struck with the word of the lord and awakened as to what he must do now. I think perhaps what one looks for they surely will find, he will find substance in just being in the presence of God. Through his ability to come here, he is already attracting what his thoughts have in store for him. As we say we are what we think, so to he is what he allows. As we sat here at the church, outside hearing the speakers message, the wind blew, the hawks flew high above the mountain, the calmness of the atmosphere itself could be the presence of God. The size of the hills, humbling and fulfilling to see. Some say the great spirit that many speak of travels on the wind or is the wind itself, I see this so because the slightest gust of wind could carry with it the most life changing and world changing thoughts or feelings. I flashback to a conversation I was having with someone close about belief, that it is what is really needed in the world to see more than this physical realm. In the rational mind we waver towards finding reason, finding scientific evidence but without the ability to believe we are subconsciously attracting disbelief, subconscious we are denying the magic and mystery of God, life and dreams. It is the simple things, the turning of a leaf, the timing of the music of your life, the harmony, the crescendos, the silent times, the loud and jarring times, but only if you are hearing the musical can you appreciate the majesty of life.
